I'm going to do a series of blog posts about some of the changes in patch 5.1 that most people probably don't know about. Todays Patch 5.1 post will be about the new Darkmoon Faire Carousel.
The carousel is one of the first attractions you see on your right when you enter the fair. At the entrance to the carousel there you will see a carny by the name of Kae Ti, She sells ride ticket book which turns into Darkmoon Ride Ticket x5 when clicked. 1 Darkmoon ride ticket is consumed when riding the carousel. You get a choice of riding Carousel Dragon, Carousel Gryphon, Carousel Murloc, Carousel Rocket, or a Carousel Wyvern.
When riding the carousel you gain a buff called WHEE!. This buff increases Experience and Rep gains by 10% for 1 hour.
A tip From McPat: Do all your dailies but don't turn them in. Go grab this buff then go back and turn them all in. Grab it after completing but before turning in because it will probably take you longer then an hour to do them and the buff will ware off.
