Raid and Raider Information.
- Onishinsei, Raid Leader for Platinum Sanctum, Officer.
-Guidance, Assistance, Accountability, Teaching and Calm.
Here is the Raiders information needs, info and suggestions.
*Raid days - Friday and Saturday 8:30 server time with Sunday as an option @ 6:30.
LFR day - I will be continuing to do a guild raid on the Ilvl 480 lfr's on Wednesday @6:30 server.
*We will be running Raids in preset teams to promote raid teamwork and trust. Team 1 is set and we are recruiting and preparing to set a second raid group.
* Vent etiquette while raiding - Please no overlapping tells, No yelling ( unless we down a hard fought Boss then a Woot! is in order please!), Please keep the vent clear for Tanks, and listen to what the tanks are saying things like switches and who has what is important for everyone to know.
*We will be raiding with a World of Logs account so we can track ourselves and see if we can increase our play.
* Raid Ready?
- What is raid readiness?...
The answer to this is simply-
1) Fully and correctly Gemmed with the Highest possible gems. ( ask guildy's for assistance )
2) Fully and correctly Enchanted with the Highest possible enchants. ( ask guildy's for assistance )
3) Raid bosses that we will be killing on that raid night reviewed. ( yes raiders do your homework so the explanations make sense )
4) Ventrilo installed and operational.
* Platinum Sanctum requests that if you wish to raid you have a min. of 3-4 hours cleared for you to do so.
* Are Add-on's required? *Oni's recommended raiding Add-on's
- Yes! - GTFO
What add-on's are required? - Grid
- Omen - Bartender
- Deadly boss mods or Big Wigs - Tellmewhen
- Decursive ( if you have dispells ) - Skada/Recount
* Loot rules -
- Master looting system involving a Main spec roll on the gear highest roll wins ( a roll of a 1 auto wins ). If the gear is not needed by a main spec alt spec's are permitted to roll on the item. BOE gear can either be DE'd for Huanting Spirits, Roll for for main spec or placed within the guild bank for sale at a 50% discount from AH prices.

Guild Meeting Notes 7-7-13

Platinum Sanctum Guild Meeting 07/06/13
In attendance: Dinka, Caspian, Forsakened, Karlee, Rip, Sea, Oni, Onyxie, Pattee, Satarel, Smkebandit Sonofrad, Tynee, Sanshea, Wraylas and Zxandria
Per Dinka, from his research on the last PTR notes, only flex raiding will be "Siege of Orgrimmar".
We will be trying our first 10 man guild raid since 5.3 next Saturday.
Citizen of the Month: Forsakened!! Tynee will be sending a gift
Karlee appeared to be kissing Forsakened's ass.....at least that was reported over vent. This reporter didn't see it.
Oni asked about our raid looting system, and was referred to the Guild Blog www.platinumsanctum.blogspot.com for Raid Guidelines. Master Looter with a roll of a 1 overriding all for a win!
Ripkin cleaned up the guild bank and would like folks to pay attention to where things are put so that it stays clean. If you don't know where to put something, send it to Ripkin.
Pattee and Dinka would like to sell a vial of the sands from once a month - the guild will provide the mats and Ripkin will make it.
Oni will be running the 3 world bosses (outside of Oondasta) on Monday nights - if you want to be in on it, sign on to game at about 8 PM Server.
Oni will continue to run the LFR, but we will be dropping 460 ilvl raids as everyone seems to be past it. (Let him know if you really need it though and he will run it for you.)
Please screen guild invites before inviting. Ask them what they are looking for in a guild and such.
Ripkin is interviewing off of the requests for guild invite in the guild interface- which is outside of this requirement.
Promotions to Field Marshall: Freaky, Rippken, Onishinsei,
Promotions to Squire: Satarel

Guild Bank Stuff
I am going to eliminate alot of the stuff in the bank this weekend. It is getting full, most I will sell at the AH the stuff that don't sell or isn't worth it, I will sell to vendors. There is alot of stuff in there that nobody will ever use. If there is something you want to snag please do so by this weekend.
Dinka said it was okay to clean it out so I did some housekeeping last week, however there is just way to much crap in there. If there is something you need that might benefit you later please feel free to get that stuff too.
Still seeing alot of stuff deposited in the wrong places, This might be due to the lower ranking people only having limited access to the bank. Otherwise PLEASE try to put the deposits in the right spots, this makes locating the items people need much easier and it saves on space.
